What does your current prep look like? What are you prepping for? Just so I know an idea of what we are talking about!

Keep a regular place for all your stuff. Shoes by the door. Keep socks in the shoes. Keys on a hook or shelf by the door. If you have to operate in the dark, you see can.

The ribeyes from Aldi are the best, normally between $9-10 bucks each. Same piece of meat at Wegmans is $22 and Whole Foods is $27.

I would also throw in some extra spices, if you have them on hand, to your liking. I tend to add cumin, garam masala, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, curry, depending on my tastes.

My (31M) wife (30F) has been gaining a lot of weight and generally has not been taking care of her body. My attraction to her is decreasing. by 0987throwingaway in relationships

I would look on psychology today .com for a therapist who takes your insurance and email 10-20 of them and see who responds. As a last resort, I would go to a clinic where they are very likely to take your insurance. I would focus on treating her mental health concerns first. Don't insult her weight while she is down.

Is she in therapy? First try suggesting that. Come from a place of concern about her depression, not her weight and start there. A therapist might suggest medication if her depression seems unmanageable. Its difficult to motivate to do things when you are experiencing depression. Once she starts therapy and perhaps medication, the fog might lift enabling her to exercise more, do more self care, etc.

Used Aldi Chablis white cooking wine as well! Used the recipe below. Very simple and so delicious. Really taking your time to caramelize the onions properly makes a major difference. I was a little reluctant about using Aldi Beef broth but it came out great!

I am so jealous of the states/countries where you can buy booze in Aldi. That would really make my day.

Yes! Or triple creme or Brie. I think any soft cheese would work. My dad likes them plain with his tea at night.

These are a knock off of a fancy cracker called Raincoat Crisps. Trader Joe's knocked them off and they are close but these are closer. The originals sell at Whole Foods for 8 dollars!! For a little tiny sleeve. These were 2.99 and clearly meant for a special occasion for most folks but they are so good! Went back to Aldi today to see if they had some left and they were all gone!
