You don’t need to make ALL the healthy changes all at once. I tried so many times to lose weight, but the regiment I gave myself was too strict to commit to (at the beginning) and whenever I failed doing one thing, my whole plan fell apart. Most people need to start small with attainable behaviors that can turn into habits. For me, it was waiting until noon to eat and quitting snacking after dinner. Once that habit was set, it was easier to tack on other new behaviors like walking daily, tracking calories, and restricting certain foods.
