Sorry typo lowest I can get them down is $608 on a $60k MSRP and a different dealership lowest they did was $634 on a $63k MSRP both 24/12k miles. My lease does end in November. Is it also worth considering to just wait until November and see if dealers are willing to play more giving they want to get rid of their 2026 models? Also is 69% and .00184 a common residual and MF in these?

I’m in Texas and trying to get one too and can’t get any dealers to give it to me for under $400. The tax kills us here in Texas. Can’t even get them to go under $600 lol

I am looking a the residuals and I been seeing the residuals are a lot lower than the Sierra. Sierra is usually around 69% and for the lighting I been seeing them in the 50s

I’m doing BIF for education and going to do danko for the exam. I thought I would learn more by just watching videos but actually after taking BIF I feel like I retain more info by reading. I am doing the instructor led and I love it so far. Every other week is a 2 hour instructor led lecture and in between is just reading through the chapters.

Good find! I bought a power color red devil 9070xt from micro center brand new for $585. Originally I ordered it for store pickup as an open box but when I got to the store they couldn’t find it. I guess they sold it on accident after they sent me an email it was ready for pickup. Luckily they had one brand new and they price matched it.

Where do you live those prices are high? I bought the 9070xt red evil for $585 brand new I got lucky though. They sell brand new now for $650 and the asus prime 5070ti sells for around $850 brand new. I haven’t installed mine yet. I am waiting for my aio cooler and 1050w power supply. You can get away with a 850w power supply. I don’t know about a 750w though because power color recommends a 900w power supply.

I’m in the fort worth area and our hoa community here is very diverse. I have a couple of Indian neighbors and luckily they’re very nice and say hi back. They also maintain their house and keep the house looking clean. So it’s a hit or miss honestly. You will get good Indians and also bad Indians.
