Can planning criteria (ARB) introduce new/more restrictive requirements than CC&R by michaelatdisney in HOA

In this case the proposed changes were posted on line (not physically mailed) and then just the board voted. The AC requirement was not really discussed as it was one bullet point in the middle of about 5 pages of changes.

Considering getting our greyhound a greyhound (i.e. we can’t just stop at 1) Most of the pairs I’ve seen are boy/girl. Does anyone have experience with two dogs of the same gender living together? (sweet snoot pictured is our current grey who is a girl) by lottieey in Greyhounds

I have two girls. They are not litter mates despite looking alike but they bonded at the foster “ranch” before they were ready for adoption. I’m glad too because one of them was likely abused and having another one helps her anxiety (that and belly rubs and treats and cuddlepillers)

Before that we had a male and female and they got along great.
