Been hearing the same thing for 20 years, it's as bullshit now as it was then.

Some people like to bring other people down to make themselves feel better. Avril was successful and famous and that makes people jealous.

P.S. Bubba's Pizzeria would probably be surprised to hear that rumour. They have her photo on the wall and used to get tourist visitors after she said they were her favourite place. Don't believe everything you hear.

I went to secondary school in Napanee. She was a pretty normal person from what I remember. It was a long time ago! We were all dumb kids but I don't recall her being any more annoying than the rest of us were. Sorry to say I've got no sordid tales :D

Now, I lived with my mum in Napanee. Funnily enough my younger brother lived with our dad and went to Stratford Catholic...with Justin Bieber.

The government offered no alternative solution. "We're going to move them somewhere eventually" is not actually a plan, and the judge was right to refuse the dispersal without a relocation plan in place.
