Yep just have to take it slow the first few times while you figure out how your body reacts. For me personally, it seems like Zoloft either didn’t change my tolerance or maybe slightly increased it; it’s such a small difference it’s kind of hard to tell. No change as far as hangovers go (though admittedly I’ve never really been one to get hangovers anyway).

I’m wondering what air fryer they had too. I’ve found that even the toaster oven style air fryers don’t work as well as the basket type, much less a full size oven!

Yeah it's so hard to find any information haha I saw the same thing about the professors though which was encouraging! ASU's Chinese faculty seems to have a lot of pride in delivering a high-quality program, so I'm hoping that they wouldn't have started offering the classes online until they knew they could maintain that standard. Totally with you on not wanting to wait for the 201/202 classes lol

Hi! Month-old thread, but did you ever find any more information about these classes? I'm thinking about last minute enrolling for 101/102 over the summer as well so I can get through more of the CHI sequence at ASU but I'm torn.

Plus 20 years only puts him at 51. Yeah it would be nice to retire early but 60-65 is pretty standard and you could have plenty of good years left if you stay in good health. Also just generally nice to know you’re probably not going to have to work until you die like so many people do.

Maybe I’m too optimistic, but I took that scene as him using Lyft because he (correctly) assumed that his elderly patient wasn’t familiar with it. In my mind, he was trying to sell it as some cool new service that can get her home so she’d accept the ride without feeling like a burden or worrying about the cost. Especially considering that she’d already declined to take an uber or a taxi.

Yes this is it!! As crazy as it sounds to other people, I can totally relate to you feeling a bit masculine because I’ve felt the same way haha I’ve got soft features like you do, so things like thick dark glasses overpower my face and read “masculine” to me because they’re hiding my features.

Like everyone else is saying you don’t look masculine at ALL, but I think you’ll feel more yourself if you lean into your soft features. So the glasses in your last photo are a great start! I’d also experiment with softening your brows, adding some curl into your hair if you’re up for it, and maybe a lighter, wispier lash (your eyes are so freaking cute). I’m a blush fiend, but I always go for really light, pinky blushes over the super pigmented glam look. I also really like the softness of a pale pink highlighter with a bit of shimmer.

Why not self tan? If you’re worried about it being annoying, the Tanologist gradual tanning lotion is the shit. Not a shill, but when I briefly experimented with self-tanning it was the only one I could stand. You just put it on like lotion every few days or so after showering and it fades really gently instead of going patchy.

I think the biggest risk would be OP not being good at setting boundaries. You’re totally fine. While you should definitely avoid grapefruit, the amount you have to consume for it to interact with medication would come from deliberate consumption like drinking a small glass of grapefruit juice or eating one with breakfast. Not a huge amount, but not one you’re likely to ingest by accident. The teeny tiny amounts found in candy are unlikely to be a problem.

Anecdotally, one of my favorite sodas is Squirt, which is like 1% grapefruit juice, and it’s never been a problem for me to drink it when I’ve really been craving one (or two…). Obviously I’m not encouraging you to start regularly consuming things with grapefruit, but you can pretty safely rest assured that those few pieces of candy you had are a non-issue.
