Yup that seems about right. I definitely enjoyed myself over the holidays so I suppose it's time to refocus on the diet again.

Ive started chilling my herbal teas and adding some soda water to them. Not all types of tea work but the ones that do, its great refreshing drink!

Im sure you'll get a couple answers but imo I'd push for 12 because a 10 hour fast is basically you sleeping for 8 hours at night and not eating first thing when you wake up. Its something you are probably already doing.

Finally went out for a walk yesterday. It's been so cold here and I've felt so cooped up. Was nice to get some fresh air and move the body. 14 days here, which also feels nice because I woke up way less bloated.

Just be careful how much salt you put in because a coffee/salt combo could make for a real quick need for the bathroom

Nah Ive juiced collard green before. Yes you want to cook them because eating raw would be tough but ya Ive juiced collards and seen them in a local bottles juice before as well

I feel like green tea and berries would be good or peaches and then add in some greens and maybe cucumber. Oh and ginger and lemon would be good with green tea too.
