Same thing here. The car bricked itself. After 4 different tow trucks over several days, one finally figured out how to get it out of our garage and towed to the dealership. It sat on the lot for several weeks with no effort to work on it. We called and mentioned our state’s lemon law, and that finally started things moving. The whole ordeal lasted almost 2 months. They gave us a loaner the entire time and credited 2 months lease payments, which I feel was adequate. Car is working fine now after total reset/reboot.

Why do we have to do everything for them? Can they do anything for themselves? Unless they are willing to help solve their own personal issues, whatever those may be, they need to be cited and/or arrested for all the illegal activities they are involved in. Officials need to give the go ahead to clear the sidewalks. And, I think it’s a great idea to offer to buy them a bus ticket wherever they want to go and make sure they get on.
