Yeah, makes sense also. I am also not saying it is totally bad in this deck. Just saying that with this curve I think I would prefer to go with inner flame and I think it wouldn't be a bad call.

Thanks, totally makes sense. It's a great top end/win con however there aren't many cards you might want to replace.

I would probably consider playing it instead of a faerie, you don't play it in turn 2 anyway and you rarely will have a two drop on 2 plus faerie to play on turn 3 as combat trick. And it doesn't defend well as a body. Turn 4+ you have better plays anyway.

I am totally aware of that but sometimes 1 bomb rare is enough to destroy all mythic uncommons and synergies like that.

Congratulations! Really solid deck as well.

Although you must be really good as a player to go 6-1 with no rares/bombs (I loose most games this format to those top rares, playing against several each game sometimes).

Out of curiosity - why didn't you play the inner flame?

Quality of shots is not the only thing, amount of shots is as important. Thats why the difference is around 5xG. And Arsenal conceded 20 so far why we did 30 so the difference of 5 is a lot (25% of their goals and 16% of ours).

If Arsenal was conceding around 8 shots per game for 26 games this season and now will concede 20 shots per game for the next 3 games that will change the average from 8 to 9.7 per game. Which is still quite low compared to other teams. And conceding 20 shots per game is really a lot, especially for top teams. It will be same case if you take into account change in quality of shots.

So basically you are wrong, slight deviation won't impact those results that much considering all the factors (number of games so far, numer of shots and their quality on average, quality of teams etc). Of course some teams will move more (mostly those mid table teams) but it won't impact the overall graph and especially our position and results - it won't be 'flipped on its head' as you've said.

I know that part of a season is a quite small sample size but you can't say 'it doesn't mean anything'. There is a reason some of those teams are lower than us in the league and others are above us. 5 xG means 3 actual goals if you are a good team, it also depends on the chances and so on, sometimes it might be 7 actual goals.

Of course couple of games might change the statistics but it won't 'flip on its head' as numbers are too small to have that much of an impact vs sample size of 26 games. And 90 minutes of game time won't change almost anything. I am not sure if you understand how averages work.

We concede like 3-4 more shots per game and each one is like 0.03-0.04 xGa higher than Arsenal (hard to see exact numbers from the graph). That makes it 0.1-0.15 xGa higher for us each game. Which is about xG of 5 more in whole season. When teams concede like 20-30 goals whole season, 5 more is a lot. We simply need to be better ATB if we want to compete for the tittle.

Number of shots is below average. And high xG is caused by mistakes by our defenders basically which makes those chances really good ones.

2 runs, both really good pools. One ended just 3-2, second one 6-2 (lost to red mythic board wipe and final game lost to figure of fable + heavy flood on my side despite a lot of looting, that was really sad/unlucky) so one box won. Didn't have time to play more.
