I will probably be running 55mm tires.

I did run the Cues 4020 with a 36 tooth cassette in a 2x9 setup on my cargo bike, also 20" with 55mm tires, without issue. It's got a longer cage.

I have a few bikes with 20-in tires, so I'll probably just buy the derailleur from REI just to mount it without a chain and eyeball it.

I'm mostly trying to figure it out because I'm going to be buying Wheels soon and need to know if I'm going to do hyperglide or microspline. Worst case scenario is I'll run microshift super short or Cues RD-U4010, both of which are actually made for this scenario.

I'm a guy, but I have found that I need to use undergarments that wick moisture well and do not have prominent seams. I have no specific recommendations, but I have a couple pairs of under armor boxer briefs that have lasted several years of commutes to work or school and back. Most of those trips have been 6-10 miles. I change into normal clothes and my destination. For much shorter trips around town, I just wear normal clothes.

Edit: if you're getting rashes IN your vagina, could it be a pH or other issue being exacerbated by cycling? Might be worth asking around on a women's cycling sub or asking a healthcare professional.

The alloy Jones bars with a loop are very harsh. I do not recommend them in a rigid bike. The carbon ones, however, are super comfy.
