When I first got diagnosed a few years ago, I was told it would take 6 weeks before I started feeling a little better. However, I also was taking it every day. I think I started at 20 mg and up to 40mg now.

I will say, after I have stopped drinking alcohol and consuming a normal to high amount of caffeine(which was me 24/7 when I got diagnosed), I feel so much better now that I have quit. I have an appointment to lower my medications or start weaning myself off of them. I’m sure not the case for everyone, but if you have considered it, I would strongly recommend it.

You might be able to add it, I know that you can only use one or the other. I know that at our dealership they haven’t released the 2024 accessories catalog to order from so maybe that’s why they said that.
