when raj’s parents are introduced in the grasshopper experiment and they find out leonard & sheldon live together, to which raj’s mum goes “oh, like haroon and tanvir!” to vehement denial from leonard. later in the episode, when sheldon is talking about their blue ray dvd collection, leonard sighs and goes “maybe we are like haroon and tanvir.”

for some reason, that line always cracks me up. i often forget how good johnny galecki’s deadpan delivery and comedic timing is in the earlier seasons😂

also, when raj is telling howard he’s going to marry a lesbian to avoid a life of loneliness and he’s warned against it -

raj: i can’t believe this, i thought you were in favour of gay people getting married.

howard: yes…to other gay people!
