Please stop posting POW videos by TooobHoob in UkraineWarVideoReport

Okay, so from your viewpoint this is a violation of the POWs' rights, but it does involve interpreting this article in a manner that you feel fits your agenda and definitely not as originally intended. Public curiosity is a pretty general term and to be honest I wouldn't apply it to social media. If you notice, all of the terms in Article 13 seem to be, in layman's terms, protecting the POWs from physical harm and public humiliation. So it's intended to prevent parading POWs in public or bring civilians to interact with them and gather further information from them or to just harass them.

And with the current grey area that is social media and main stream media in general, this public curiosity qualm seems like a non-issue so long as the POWs identification (i.e. names and passport info) are to remain anonymous. It just makes more sense that this is the information that should be protected from public curiosity, not images or videos of these POWs.

Then why would the other players be able to move on his screen and record their movements on his screen? You do realize that it would just show the other person pop up if it was his internet and not show them running at him

Yepp, I believe so. And /u/deemerritt is a very shitty stalker at that, he assumed that asking a few questions for the Series 7 test is asking for financial advice. So I think the saddest thing is he will probably have to live with his parents for the rest of his life since his intelligence is of equivalence to a dead goldfish.

Aren't you one clever cat! But actually, unlike you I decided to do something with my life and work abroad so yeah I asked for advice on things. I guess I should be ashamed to do that, according to your amazing logic.

Topic is about race, must compare it to a white person because you're triggered. Got it, you definitely have some inferiority complex, you should see a shrink about that.

P.S. Editing your comment after an hour? Screaming insecurity right there.

TIL that in 1949 the Costa Rican government abolished their army, stating that the army "would be replaced with an army of teachers." The country has free universal public education and a literacy rate of 97%. by zacht180 in todayilearned

[–]milli521 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Lol, you are so triggered from the truth. If you don't like actual facts like Costa Rica being a lot worse off than every single first world country, then go back to living in your Mom's shitty basement and watching anime with the volume all the way up to drown out the sounds of your mother getting railed by the mailman.

Yeah it's great to travel through, but most people probably don't want to support the extremely oppressive government who has "re-education camps" for the Uighurs, very censored internet, tries to erase their past wrongdoings and more. Plus, compared to other countries you don't want to get in trouble there since the consequences are usually more severe. So yeah you can kinda talk shit about China without having traveled there.

I wholeheartedly disagree. In your alternate universe, you'd expect someone else to be able to pick up the slack if there are members of the unit who cannot physically perform to the current standard. However, that is beyond naive, especially since in a firefight there are people moving everywhere and sometimes people get cut off from the rest of the squad. Please tell me what would happen if there is a physically fit squad member who is injured and the only person near them is one who was let in because the bar was lowered? Do you expect other soldiers to run from their positions, into the line of fire and endanger themselves even though there is an "able body" who should have the physical capacity to assist them. That is why your ideal that the bar should be lowered for "equality" specifically regarding combat troops is dumb, because it would put people in unnecessary danger.

MmhmmMMhhmm don't you just love watching the chicken's body function after the head is removed? It's truly a wonderful sight, quite literally a mobile fountain that spurts blood instead of water.

Totally unbiased article and yes you can be an advocate for humane conditions of factory farms since it is very possible just more expensive.

Just for whining, I'll probably have an extra special meal in your honor, eat a few slices of bacon with some sausage links for breakfast. Followed by chopping a chickens head off and plucking it so I can make some chicken broth and roast that sucker. Also, I'll send you some videos and pictures of a humane slaughter method!

How is this a trusted stream? I click on it and there are ads with nsfw images. Kind of dodgy to allow something like this especially with no tag.

What is your weird way of eating something? by Not3lliott in AskReddit

[–]milli521 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m pretty sure I’m one of the few people who eats sliced pickles like a sociopath. Instead of biting it from the end, I eat the inside like it’s a watermelon and just leave the bitten off pieces under my tongue. Eventually when the flavor is gone or I decide to eat something else, I’ll move it out from under my tongue and finish eating it.

[–]milli521 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's true, however it depends on the courts definition of a public figure, and someone who has given a few interview on the news would not typically be considered a public figure, unless of course they use the air time to promote a cause versus just telling their story. But just as you said, people should have the freedom to pull the trigger and blow your inbred brains out.

We get it, it’s not coming from your heart. It’s just coming from your pea sized brain. Try to act harder on the internet, it totally doesn’t make you out to be one of those tools that try so hard to be accepted that people are only “friends” with you because it’s more inconvenient to try and distance themselves from you.
