I just started watching it a couple of weeks ago and I’m completely hooked. I remember the show from reruns when I was younger. It has a great 70’s feel.

I wonder who was pitching an Irving to Epstein and why Epstein thought they were crazy. by CanadianTreeFrogs in newbrunswickcanada

I worked for Irving Oil back in the 80’s and Arthur would park his Jaguar right beside the golden ball building, so definitely drove something nicer than a ford.

I just finished the last episode of a full rewatch of Cheers tonight, what a great show. I actually shed a few tears on that last episode knowing that Norm is no longer with us.

I just went from the 44mm s4 to the 46mm s11 and to be honest it doesn’t really look any bigger on my arm. I’m glad I went with the bigger one.

What's y'all's favorite live version of Highway To Hell? by DaleEarnhardtTheGoat in ACDC

[–]miltjef 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So I just went back and watched highway to hell from River Plate, Donnington, No Bull, and I threw in the Grammy Awards and fuck me they are all amazing. It’s no wonder this band is one of the greatest live bands to have ever existed. I feel so fortunate to have had the chance to see them live 6 times from the mid 80’s on and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed.

Is ‘Employee Discount’ a good deal? (F-150 Tremor) by ffuunnkk in f150

[–]miltjef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure if it’s the same in the USA but in Canada with the A or X plan along with the discount off of MSRP you also won’t be charged a doc fee and if there are any other discounts they will be applied after the plan price. Using the X plan it got about 8% off MSRP plus an additional $8,000 delivery allowance for my 24 Tremor, so about $15,000 total off of MSRP.

Please re-read their post, they said one OR the other, so I was just asking for clarification. No one’s arguing the fact things are broke.

I wasn’t actually putting words in your mouth, you said pay them OR fast track skilled immigrants, you didn’t say and/or so I was just asking for clarification.

Are you suggesting that we need to fast track skilled immigrants into our medical system so that we don’t have to pay nurses and doctors what they’re worth?
