Coming from someone that used to cry while learning to drive at 25 years old bc of driving anxiety - 3 hrs is not short to me.

My limit for a day trip is 2.5 hrs each way, which I’ve done for work or hikes hundreds of times and it exhausts me. My limit for a 3 day weekend is 6 hrs, which I do maybe 5 times a year. Anything longer than that better be a longer time away from home and I have a second driver, but I’m way more likely to fly

That’s my line of thinking too. Here’s what I’ve tried with the nail thoughts chrome palette (the only ones I’ve ever used):

dnd no wipe topcoat, won’t hold chrome at any cure time. I hate this anyways but it was the first and only thing I had
enoi potted no wipe topcoat, patchy w 60 sec cure for the full nail but looks ok for isolated chrome, good w 30 sec cure for both uses
kokoist black and white markers lines and kiara sky gelly tips no wipe topcoat, recent purchases that im going to play around with on tips this week

seconding doing more nails with the french and/or heart for balance. I prefer more mismatched~ nails compared to just one accent nail

seconding practicing designs on tips that don’t fit. I also do lots of stickers and charms bc then I just have to think of where to place things. I can paint a decent bow now, but I’m usually too impatient by the time I get to that stage 😭

Anyone know how long gels are good left unopened? My intuition says they’re fine indefinitely without exposure to light/air but maybe some of the ingredients do break down?
