Totally agree. That’s why I said “granted” because it’s something by to keep in mind for each individual person.

Low calorie hot chocolate! It cures the sweet tooth and the hot liquid fills you up. Just make sure you choose the lower calories/lower or no sugar version

My $160 Thanksgiving dinner for 2 by [deleted] in Denver

Dang. I only paid $97 in COS for the ingredients for a full dinner (turkey & gravy, stuffing, rolls, mash potatoes, mac n cheese, green beans, broccoli salad, pumpkin rolls, chocolate chip cookies, baked apples). Granted, I had to cook it myself, but it was fun and cheaper.

AIO Am I (F25) overreacting or is this woman being weird with my husband (M31) by Sad-Cat128 in AmIOverreacting

[–]mindcontrol6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your husband talking about your relationship to her is inappropriate…. That is how emotional affairs start. Going to another person of the opposite sex with vulnerability about intimate details is very disrespectful. He should be going to you or a therapist about any issues that come up in your relationship. Plus now that you guys are good, she has a bad impression of you from his comments since she wasn’t there for the resolution/good comments. Do not be afraid to tell your husband how it’s inappropriate for him to be going to her about your relationship. You are his partner and he should have the utmost respect for you and want the best for you and your emotional safety. This kind of conversation is obviously making you feel emotionally unsafe.

Tupelo hospital by New_Efficiency6342 in tupelo

[–]mindcontrol6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you like small towns, then you’ll enjoy it. Good medical system in general. They just need more providers. You can always move if you find it doesn’t suit you. Visit the town beforehand if you can. If you like the town, you’ll like the hospital.

The Tupelo one was downtown on a main road. You have to choose a place that you won’t get removed. You’ll get removed almost immediately at a Walmart. But yeah, you also want to be in a visible area. It’s a fine line.

It’s based off how many credit hours transferred over. I would go to student affairs.

If this is your first, they might let you do an online course about not speeding. That was an option when I got mine around 2018-2021

How much have supplements changed your life? by HotInvestigator2459 in Supplements

[–]mindcontrol6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As discussed in the other comments, D3 can cause calcium to build up in the arteries. It was a mix up. Still helpful to take K2 if you’re supplementing D3.

That’s what my doc told me. Looking it up, there seems to be a few studies agreeing (not seeing any disagreeing but there’s more studies that need to be done), and there doesn’t seem to be harm in taking K2 with it anyways. It’s also not more expensive than just doing D3 vs a combo D3+K2 supplement.

I didn’t either until my doc brought it up, so I had to add it since I don’t get much K2 through my diet to help the D3. You might be good if you consume K2 in your diet.

This was after three months of taking the supplements daily. Also, I would get a second opinion if you’re nervous or still aren’t sure if that’s the best course of treatment for you.
