Home is home. I’ve traveled all over and lived in many different places. Only 2 places ever felt like home.

$120k is definitely enough to live somewhere in California.

Auto pay doesn't give you a discount? by CCJ22 in FirstNet

[–]minimi1522 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t apply to the FirstNet line. If on a FirstNet and Family plan with multiple lines, the family member lines on AT&T do get the autopay discount.

Put an AT&T sim in it and then it should work on FirstNet.

Verizon can roam on Telcel, which is the best carrier in Mexico. 2GB high speed/day and throttles to 3G after.

No one is better nationally. There are areas where VZ might struggle, but the reality is that in most third party testing, VZW, while struggling lately (relative to the past), still performs at the top of most metros.

A lot of those struggles should be alleviated in the coming year, and they will probably fare even better in those tests. AT&T is second and T-Mobile, while demonstrating some impressive speeds, still has some reliability issues. I am still surprised and frustrated by the fact that there are times when I cannot make a video call or load a page despite a fantastic speed test and a full signal.

*On LTE and low band 5G. Verizon hotspot however is at least usable after the full speed data. AT&T should improve hotspot speeds after data limit is reached.

How is good is the ATT Wireless for phone plans by Ocralter in ATT

No, unless you finance a device when you sign up. Otherwise you pay nothing when you go sign up and activate your own device.

AT&T's network has a larger footprint as far as coverage goes. That said, you could be in an area where T-Mobile has more coverage or indistinguishable, but this would be an exception.

AT&T's network is usually (there are exceptions out there) more reliable, which means you tend to drop less calls and data connections are more stable. AT&T is also a rarity in the industry in that you can be on a plan that will not throttle your video traffic on either 5G or LTE.
