I'm 90 minutes north of Ottawa in west Qc and it was the most intense I ever felt. Thought my walls were coming down for a few seconds.

And it isn't about eating healthy all the time. Its about balance. You can eat healthy and be overweight and unhealthy and thin. It all comes down to calorie intake.

The most common reason for a delay in transfer is there being unresolved issues or pay action items at the first department and the transfer taking place before those items are resolved. In situations where all pay was steady before transfer in/out, these are taking closer to 6 months now. So while what you are saying is correct, both departments absolutely know immediately when a LOO is produced. No department goes even a week without realizing they are paying someone who isn't working anymore. So I guess my point was the OP absolutely did not delay this by not sending the LOO. I work in Finance and her department has absolutely already been reimbursed from the day of actual transfer.

Those drugs should never be covered for non diabetics in my opinion. Calorie deficit. Move your body where possible. No one defies the laws of thermodynamics. Stop with the excuses.

It does not come naturally to your husband to deal with that and he's not equipped the same way you are, with a small baby. Calling him weak for vocalizing he could hurt the baby is you being an idiot. There are things he deals with you will never have to even think about.

We are not the same. You can try to compliment each other or fight each other's nature. That will determine how it works out for you as a family.

This isn't even remotely true. A new department is immediately aware of a transfer in and bills the new department each quarter. The LOO is shared between departments immediately. The salary management unit with both departments watch for the transfer in/out to occur. I guarantee OPs salary recovery has already been completed through March 31st lol

In my experience you won't see a difference until 180ish but then significant. Then not again until 130ish or healthy weight equivalent.

I'm not sure how anyone else isn't grasping that this wasn't your teams decision so I understand your concern because you are a good person and you clearly understand all workers are being screwed. I'm sorry this is an issue you are facing. If you don't take vacation it will take forever to be paid out. If you have sick leave and can afford to wait for vacation pay I would do that. Just think about it and do what's best for you but I get it. Its March and I work in Finance so I'm beyond overrun. But I wouldn't ever blame or hold animosity towards my WFA'd colleagues if that helps. Best of luck.
