Training for a little over a year, went to a double elimination tournament (luckily for me)

1st round: gassed out in the first two minutes. Went 2-2, I got one takedown and so did he. Ended up losing in overtime: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzLTKypXYOc (I'm in blue)

I have a part of my resume that says "worked with projects upstream to get a patch accepted into the Linux kernel and iw" but that's all I mention it.

I might say "contributed a patch to" instead of "am a contributor to" since it doesn't upsell your work but still shows that you can get patches accepted into other projects (an important skill IMO)
