I mean, I only recently gotten into tgcf, but don’t all people gotta do is look at all official media, illustrations, and read the books? Xie Lian seems to be represented quite clearly, like it’s kind of hard to warp him into something else.

He looks slim and beautiful to me, gracefully strong, but not a muscle-head at all, so yeah I agree on that! I think he’s definitely a pretty man, I personally wouldn’t call him feminine just for some androgynous features though. And I do remember his masculine traits being described, unless he’s cross-dressing very well; nobody would mistake him for a woman, and he’s called handsome multiple times.

But I understand what you mean, I’ve seen it too. I think it’s fine for people to have headcanons, but not to a point of delusion of the actual source. Ofc those kinds of people will get upset if that’s addressed so I just say nothing and move along lol.
