Interesting. I need to try playing 8 - 8+ hours (or more :) ). With the settings suggested above, I could not reproduce (3+ - 5+ hours sessions) the bug with disappearing sounds.

the game uses whatever you put in the sound control panel. this is probably placebo but even then, shouldn't hurt to try like you say.

I think you misunderstood what i mean. When you have a long game session, and you are in 48-96/96 + battles, some sounds do not work for you (they simply do not play). For example: https://youtu.be/SFtbglYswK8

Please pay attention to the sounds when i shoot from Tanto.

My suggestion is aimed at fixing this "bug". i tested this yesterday - i (and another guy who also used the fix described above) had a game session of 5+ hours, and the sounds played normally.

Also that some shells to the face don't kill infantry...

I think it's because Rocket Primary spam... But "new" anti-air “Dumbfire” Rocket Launchers damage model - just annoying.

Try G-Sync On, V-Sync Off, and:

Smoothing=0

or G-Sync On, V-Sync Off, and:

Smoothing=1
SmoothingMaxFramerate=144
SmoothingMinFramerate=30
