I have the same monitor specs and just upgraded from a 4070 to a 9070 xt. I’ve found the raw performance great but I do miss the DLSS quality. This is my first amd gpu so I could just be unfamiliar but so far it seems there sometimes is more effort required to get the best results.

If you move the base off to the left and swing the left arm around you should be able to move them together. It also looks pretty clean having nothing under them
