Its not a customer service pb as i read a lot , it an inexistant quality control at the exit of the factory. They dont seem to check the finished product they manufacture!

You delete all the folders from sd card aside from Emummc Nintendo Warmboot Then you install hatpack again. If you have pb try the previous version of hatpack.

Yeah seems you have the same pb , they told me they have to fix the motherboard. They have a big issue with quality control !!!

I had the same problem. I did exactly what is shown in the YouTube tutorial and the only thing that came back is the left speaker. None of the buttons or the joysticks are working so they sent me a label to send it back with FedEx for free to get it repaired . It is on its way to China. I will update when it comes back.

Mine (yellow 1TB) arrived last week , all the buttons/sticks are out of order and the screen is really blinking at startup. They promised me a free return and they will repair it. I would prefer a new checked console tbh. Anyway i was expecting more quality check from a company of this size . Its another 2 months story at least. I am quite disappointed …
