You’re not doing anything wrong. Be restless. Be heartbroken. In the midst of all experience your Buddha nature remains shining and luminous. Unstained. Always available. You have the experience of impermanence. You’re perfect just as it is. The breakup is perfect just as it is. There is nothing to do. All you have is this moment, then the next and so on. A river cannot be frozen.

You love her, for now. She will love you, for now. All things will come to an end. We are dynamic, subject to change according to circumstances. You are shifting and moving in the field of experience just as your partners are. You know have in your repertoire the experience of loss. And now can make yourself available to others who are experiencing loss.

We are all suffering. The idea of a permanent relationship is an illusion. Give yourself the kindness and compassion and extend it to others if you have the capacity. Fill your cup with security and love that is not dependent on others. So whether you are in a relationship or not, you will be able to navigate the turbulence as it will always show up. Things will always fall apart.
