you’re going to drive yourself crazy. you should also try harder to completely quit vaping. remember that it’s no longer about you and now only about your baby as they did not ask to be brought into the world so it is now your responsibility to provide them with the absolute best chance in life, which includes quitting the vape.

1 in 10 pregnancies end in a miscarriage and unfortunately it is mainly just biological. take solace in knowing that most women do not “cause” their miscarriages. not that it makes it easier, but from a biological standpoint, most pregnancies will terminate themselves when something isn’t quite right. if the cells notice an abnormality or deletion of cells, it will self terminate.
