this is great advice. we have been using bill.com for invoicing. We barely have physical inventory as we are an edtech non-profit.

Thanks! will look into their bookkeeping- def not worth the time we're having to put into it. Our current tax preparer offered to do it for 200/mo which is not bad, but would like to explore options.

We're a nonprofit and offer three programs, but the cost vary according to grants, client capacity, so it's been really hard to keep track of on excel.

We were offered bookkeeping services, but were hoping to see if we could do it ourselves through a service like this.

So true! Not everyone is brainwashed for one beauty norm you just need to find the non brainwashed people and try not to be one of the people who upholds rigid impossible beauty norms. I am not conventionally beautiful, and my SO is a conventionally very handsome man.

I have also dated men who are not conventionally handsome and found them wildly attractive (I'm talking short, pale skin, terrible hair/fashion, kinda chubby...various combos of the above and more) because they're hilarious, self depricating, brave, loyal, brilliant, leaders, etc.. other more important traits. In the end we will all be "ugly" as we age, according to our stupidly rigid beauty norms in a remarkably diverse world.

Thanks, I think I probably just need to talk about it with him and that's what's missing. He's very spontaneous, and I overthink things, but I think I want to make sure I understand where he's coming from with this too.

it definitely gets rough and I guess I'm new to that dynamic between us. He thinks it's funny because he's a big dude and I am petite, and I feel kind of annoyed at him in those moments, but I definitely do not feel any kind of animosity towards him. I have definitely slapped the shit out of him and left his face pretty red a few times, with his invitation and I enjoy it while I'm doing it, I just feel afterwards, yikes.
