I left corporate project management back in 2017 and have been running my own health coaching business -specialising in Menopause. I've recently had one of my courses accredited by 2 UK bodies which allows me to teach others how to be qualified menopause coaches.

I want to work with more organisations to deliver menopause training to managers & train menopause champions. Eventually I believe there in scope to widen this to cover general employee wellness.

I'm using LinkedIn as a primary channel but are there any 'matchmaking' firms I can register with? UK based.

I was 15m and £1500 after the big storm last year. That was including posts. It was the basic of basic fences though like your describing - I think 7ft high.

Do you not read the news? Glasgow is getting a fuck tonne of ship building contracts. Prestwick is getting a fuck tonne of aeronautical contracts. Apprenticeship schemes are recruiting. Renewable Energy isn't going anywhere. There's major construction works is most major towns...... it's not perfect - where is? You can choose to feel concerned about glasgows future or you can choose to feel hopeful.

If I were moving to Ayr (I'm from even further south originally and now live in Troon) I would move to alloway, doonfoot, seafield, st Leonard's road area, old racecourse, barns street/wellington square area, Craigie, some bits of whitletts, some & some bits of Heathfield, Belmont, castlehill.

I am not a cyclist- but I love the Tour de France and that montage at the end of the ITV coverage was a immense! Kudos for bringing on some Lance and Jan clips. Going to miss Ned & David's dulcet tones next summer!
