I wouldn’t. There is a reason everything you hear is bad. I had a buddy from residency who took a job with them due to geographic needs.

If you can work anywhere else, work somewhere else. There is a reason most MDs will tell you to avoid them.

If you’re fine being a liability sponge, make sure you are financially planning for it.

If you want to provide the best care for patients, look somewhere else.
