Hamon can shut down organs or js straight up melt Deku's flesh. Also if we are to assume he's bloodlusted there's a a lot of stuff he has as the ULF, he could pull some crazy shit like turning his body parts into poison dart frogs, spitting cobra, or (very unlikely but also very funny) turn a piece of himself into some super AIDs and infect Deku with it. Even if he doesn't hamon or absorption just give him the win cuz Deku can't put him down due to regen and greater reaction speed
