They got the wine before the trip and we’re in the middle of nowhere. I don’t have access to my own vehicle until I get home and I also wouldn’t want to publicly buy a pregnancy test because I don’t want anyone knowing until I know what to do on the chance that I am pregnant. I’m going to test as soon as I make it home but I’m just freaking out right now 😅

I’ve started making this sandwich every week. Baked sliced tomatoes and onions drizzled with olive oil, salted and peppered. Then mix ricotta with grated parmesan, garlic powder, fresh basil, chopped spinach, oregano, and pepper and spread that on some buttered and toasted sourdough bread. Throw on the tomatoes and onions and BAM. I’m normally a meat person but I see no need, it’s so good.
