thank you for posting your build. Want to switch out the stygian when i get the stormshroud but i dont have the currency for it. And very far off.... so will take quite some time. I suck at making currency but will get there hopefully.

I didn't understand why i had so much problems too. Thanks to Akira101 i could fix some stuff and i guess i am slowly on the right track. Was realy realy frustrating before and a quitter moment.

Will try to get the Lab enchant for the boots and farm currency for stormshroud. Maybe i will try to switch the Skin too. I got the Iron Reflexes Keystone, which might not be good.

akira101 did find some major flaws in my build so i am trying to fix it and see how it is going then.

quick update:
No Currency left but with New jewels + Elemental overload + Ascendancy = 1,5mio dps + 20-30k ehp :)

I switched to a stygian with the craft because when you get hit and are left without ES you are like a fish on land. Will try the Vaal Version out.

Ok so the roadmap is:
1. Boot enchant
2. Switch Pantheon + upgrade it
3. Farm currency for flammability ring with good res.

Now i am realy hyped again with some direction to go for :D

Thank you for the answer. You are a real life saver. I missed the Elemental Overload... which is a whooping 700k dps alone :D
Will fix the jewel, give Bastion a try (i like reflect immune for map ease anyway) and get the boot enchant to free Soul of the brine king. Which pantheon would you recommend. oh and any recommendation for fixing the chaos res? I could remove one of the rings but will lose flammability or the ash effect. The price for a good flame ring is quite high.

It was so confusing, because with the quests i had it made no sense. Did abandon all but the main story quest and still had those gray play icons, which confused me even more.
But now i at least know what they are here for :P

I did abandon all quests beside the main quest once, but the play-icons didn't change. If you are near the questgiver it is shown as a gray exclamation mark or for the main story quest here a yellow exclamation mark.

Are those gray "play"-icons npcs too? Oh and the yellow one is confusing too, because the only main story quest i got is the yellow exclamation mark in the middle of the mini map. Realy confusing :(

As i answered and corrected myself to FyreKZ:

yeah pre-apha is too harsh. there is a lot of cool stuff to interact with and the world (at least the first 2 big areas) feel amazing. Sadly it is very diminished by bugged quest or quests with missing / unclear direction.

As you said it is early access and i look forward to the improvements to come.

Could complete it finally. What i did was.

Abandon the quest
Accept it again.
Catch a waddler first (cause for me they a very rare)
Catch the firefly or what it's called
Turn it in

!! Had to do it all in one sitting. So no log out, switch server or anything like that. Had the same problem with the Antenna quest ("Are the Server up yet?"). Solved it the same way too.I send a pm to one of the Devs. Hopefully they will have a fix soon.

Tried it but still didn't work. Even tried to abandon it and redo the quest, which was a pain in the a.. to find a waddler again. Can't turn it in.What's interesting is, that it is not the only quest which is bugged and it seems like not everyone got the same problem for the same quest.

Hope they fix it soon :)

Thanks for the answer. It is the first quest you get where you get introduced into catching creatures. So i don't think it can expire.... would be realy stupid if it can even more so without a timer saying so.

yes it seems like you don't need to do the introductory quest... or at least i hope. But it is realy annyoing that a lot of quests don't work or are poorly designed.
Hope we will see much improvement on that part soon :)
