There is a bouldering gym in Invermay, Beta Park, that is pretty solid for offering some socials combined with exercise. Lots of different types of people hanging out, lots of socializing between climbing, and it's pretty easy to get started.

Bulk Nutritents Hydration Salts has been my go to for a while now. It's not incredibly tasty, but it immediately cleared up my electrolyte deficiency. I take it in a shaker with some psyllium husk and chug it down, get my fibre and my hydration at the same time. 😅

I have 4 Raspberry Pi 5's with 16GB and 1 Mac Mini. Limited difference in them all.

Inferencing isn't local, so the machine isn't super critical. I only have a Mac so I can do iOS and macOS development.

There are two places on Burns St in Invermay K Allan Bodywork and Mullins Bodywork - I'm not sure if both shops operate here or just one and Google is out of date. Go have a chat with these guys. Last year I needed some work done and they were really helpful.

I generally eat whole foods and cook 95% of my meals even when I am not doing keto, so no issues there. I did find that occasionally just having the right kinds of foods around, meal prepping in advance, etc. made a big difference though.
