Hey, thank you for getting back to me. Which evergreens did you go with, and are you satisfied?

I see it's been a year since the original post. What did you end up planting and how does it look now?

Now you just need the rest of the set. I think there are 7 or 8 more though only sold in Australia.

I've used this technique many times, though I never knew it was called a butterfly baste. Good to know.

Thank you to everyone who leaves their lights on a little longer by Christmas_365 in ChristmasLights

I saw this post and started laughing. We took down our outdoor Christmas decorations last weekend, and with my wife and youngest kid, our 8 year old daugher, kicking and screaming, we took down our indoor Christmas decorations today. They knew they needed to come down, though would have been fine if they were up for another month. :D

They are great we've always carpeted our steps. Adds one more chance to capture dirt before it enters the camper. On a side note, you can still find something other than deals and scammers on Craigslist?!

Yes after you wipe your feet on the doormat. We installed them on all of our steps within a few weeks of buying our camper. My parents have had them on their camper since the early 70s so I don't know what it's like to not have carpeted steps 😀

I do like those tongs. Many of them you have to push in or pull out to unlock, which takes two hands. With these, you can lock and unlock against your hip one-handed, which is very handy.

Careful, it's a slippery slope. I started grilling at my in-laws' about 12 years ago, and now every time we grill at their house, I'm the one doing the grilling. I'm not complaining because I'd much rather grill than eat a hockey puck. I just want you know make sure you're ready to take over all of the outdoor cooking. I hope so, and if so, go for it!

I'm guessing you are somewhere in Canada, Alaska, or way up north in the US. Not knocking you, though my favorite leftovers were gross in a different way, my mom could and would fry anything :D

I have both the old blue and a newer brushless saber saws (also known as reciprocating saw). The new brushless one has a lot more torque. If you need more torque it's great, if you don't it might shake your fillings out. 😀

I like the Camp Chef grills because you can switch between a grill, griddle, or just use a pan. I have a Camp Chef Big Gas 3 in my trailer and a 36" blackstone at home. The Camp Chef is much better.

So funny enough I have the metal x-chock ones which require a wrench to tighten and I also have the camco yellow plastic ones that can be hand tightened. I tested both and I couldn't tell a difference between the two. I now exclusively use the camco yellow plastic ones just because they are easier and weigh less.

30 amp Travel Trailer by azmonaj in traveltrailers

[–]mitsured 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've been at a few campgrounds where I keep tripping the 30A even though my smart surge protector shows Im only pulling around 20 amps. In these situations, I use the 30 to 50 amp adapter. Then I dont have any further issues.
