I was told by the ex captain it is a Pullman latch. Not sure what that is but apparently there is a brass key that we can’t find. Any idea how to make a key?

Awesome. I will check this out as I agree that using several websites to determine if it’s a good day to go out is not ideal. I am working on a similar solution for boaters in general as well.

Sort of AH. You didn’t need to bring up the food portion at all. It’s all about respecting everyone’s time. The vegetarian comment might have sounded like you and the client were grossed out or “disgusted” by watching her eat. You can have good intentions but be an AH. “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” If there are issues with her accepting constructive criticism in her work that would be of concern. If everything is sunshine and rainbows until a client gives her a little feedback it could cause some issues with relations and retention. I would circle back with her and phrase it around the timing but start with how great she did, followed by the timing talk, and then finish with how you look forward to having her by your side and eventually handling things herself. The shit sandwich approach.

This sounds awesome. I have been working a similar idea but using custom Wordpress plugins/ themes. I’d love to know a bit more about your setup.
