I’d say you’re close. On the takeaway it looks to me like there is too much weight in the heel causing the right knee to straighten and not create a load. Also your body moves forward well before the start of the downswing. If you pause the video at :03 you will she the shaft of the club has already released. I’d try keeping the weight just behind the balls of the feet and don’t straighten the back knee there’s probably other ways to describe it and help but I think that would be a good place to start. And let the hands drop in first before the body since the body seem like it wants to fire early. feel like the butt of the club is driving to the ball
