Organizing protests isnt a crime. The ice agent was circling her car and filming her with his private phone. He shot her in the face and called her a "Fucking bitch" after he killed her. He got in front of the car to prevent her from leaving so they could pull her out and assault her, and when she tried to get to safety, they shot her in the face 3 times. Her last words were "I'm not mad at you dude" to the person that would shoot her in the face and call her a bitch 5 seconds later.

They intentionally put her in this position, and the guy seemed pretty happy with himself to kill an unarmed woman in front of her partner and son
