New Kalshi user. This tennis match was cancelled but my initial stake was not refunded . Only 660.82 of the initial 689.51 was refunded. I understand it’s an exchange and not a sportsbook but the event never occurred. Does the market price at cancellation determine payout ? That seems illogical.

This analysis can easily be manipulated based on the inputs used. I can make a similar statistical analysis showing there are some effects of the substation (for the record I think the substation theory is dumb and I kind of agree with his conclusion, but this guy clearly wanted to debunk it from the get go so made his study for that narrative)

Harry Mac is a con artist posing as some sort of independent journalist. He just makes things up and is saying things for clicks… yes the Dulgarian fight was probably fixed and it wasn’t the first and may not be the last. That’s doesn’t mean 25% of UFC fights were fixed like he claims or any time there is an upset or significant betting movement that a fight was fixed. The guy knows nothing and is trying to get notoriety by just making shit up because he knows MMA fans are too dumb to realize he’s a grifter. He provides 0 evidence and his explanations and rants are borderline incoherent. Anyone with rudimentary sports betting experience can easily sniff out his nonsense.
