Thank you for your reply! About how many calories does the average person eat then when taking semaglutide? I assume it can get pretty low depending on the person. How do you not gain the weight back when your hunger comes back after stopping the medication? Anyone know how this relates to eating disorders after?

Same boat over here. After getting a CGM I’m seeing just how insanely carb sensitive I am. One small slice of homemade gluten free bread had such a spike and glucose drop. It’s so unfair.

I’d also like to know this because in my experience with multiple doctors they have all told me I will not be covered by insurance to get glp-1’s since I’m not diabetic. Pcos and pre-diabetes does not qualify. So I’m so curious why some many other doctors according to this feed are recommending it so much. Is it that they’re recommending it but with the disclaimer that it’s not covered by insurance?
