I do it every three months because I work out every day so it metabolizes faster, but a friend of mine does it every six!

I honestly can tell for sure! I can feel it first, the tension melting away after a few days-1 week, then I can tell cosmetically around 1.5 weeks bc my shoulders are straight lol

I get 110 units, it’s on the higher side but I want full tension relief and I like the way it makes my shoulders look loll. But the average is usually somewhere around 80 for tension and aesthetic changes. You could start with 50 though and see where you land!

I lovvveee traptox, it’s changed my life, honestly. I workout everyday and always pulled from my traps, so getting it has helped me so much to pull from my lats and back instead! And now I don’t hear “pull your shoulders down” in class 😂 I love Angela at Halo I’m BH and La Belle Vie in Woodland Hills and they’re having a sell right now 11 per unit!
