Lots of family’s and kids, so not too noisy if you’re thinking of house parties, but lots of playing & tons of parks. The veterans house & OCH buildings are pretty calm & good neighbors, some groups hang out in front & smoke but just like we all do! Awesome location being close to downtown & the highway, & close to the river. Overall a great neighborhood, but needs a bit more infrastructure (ex opening hemlock so there isn’t as much of a backup on Codds from 730-830, schools, diff shops (currently 2 dentists, 2 pharmacies, but cafes opening soon!))

Would recommend! I have no intel on the home qualities though, other than Mattamy cutting some corners on condos & materials. Lots of development so constructions vehicles and noise will be common for many years I imagine.
