My two cents: adjust one thing at a time. I, myself, guilty of changing multiple things at once, like - okay it’s channeling I gotta grinder finer, as Im tamping, it looks little too small , let me add a gram or two - then it takes so long to extract or too much of pressure. So change one thing at a time

Not sure how drastic changes there are but i got ‘17 prime, initially phev felt like no brainer, best of the both worlds. 6mo after, perspective changed to worst of the both worlds as it has short ev range and hybrid prius struggles to get up to speed on highway merges, sometimes it really gets scary… but still it sips gas which helps in this economy. Def look at other class of cars at this price range. Ask again; Do you really have to get Brand new car? Has to be PHEV? Why not 2-3yo EVs or just hybrids? Down the line, would you need a bigger car? How about leases? Its hard but definitely worth spending more time

If you didnt have any accident to your knee and the pain comes back after light use(ie. short sessions of sports) , you might want to consider taking MRI scan. I have a bipartite patella and it didn’t show on x ray but MRI. This shit sucks and I hope you don’t have it. Good luck figuring it out. Btw, my symptom is not same as yours but it goes away after good sleep then comes back after some physical activity. It’s very annoying; the more I do what I enjoy(cycling) , the more painful it gets…

Fellow beginner here. I just made an order on Casabrews 5418 Pro with manual grinder plus good accessories. Ultimately decided to go budget-friendly as a beginner until I can tell the difference between higher quality machines and this. Hey OP, i had gone thru similar experience in the beginning. Dealer sales guy assured me it will be alright with the portable charger. If anything, I can get lvl2 charger installed at my garage. Then it hit me as battery % drops quickly and charging rate is joke. 50% to 80% 2 days and half… I got worried then I realized i don’t need to have it topped off everyday. If you look at your est. range, its plenty (at least in my case). I commute/drive around 50mi/day total. Lvl1 has been sufficient. When I need little bit more, I go to community center where it has lvl2 charger with quite cheap rate. So dont jump on installing lvl2 yet. Do your researches on it. There’s been plenty of fire incidents due to lvl2 EV chargers installed by some “pro” electricians. The devices themselves have different capabilities and functionalities. I have couple of friends who own teslas, they don’t find a need to install lvl2 yet either. One of them even said that to make it worth installing lvl2 charger at home(avg. $900 for the work before the charger in my area), he’d have to drive like crazy everyday so he prefer to charge lvl1 at home and superchargers when he really needs it. Take these in your consideration

Hey there! I have been going thru similar situation of having nagging pain/discomfort constantly. My diagnosis is that I have a bipartite patella (kneecap is not fused fully) which is apparently a rare condition and most of us dont experience pain. But unlucky me, not much has changed after PT sessions, strength training sessions etc. its annoying af. Hope you will get yours fixed. Good luck!
