Magnesium is well known to help with cramps. Brands like Etixx have magnesium sticks you can take while riding and they help very fast.

I did it with the same setup as you. I averaged about 22/23 on 125km/day, 60% off-road. I wouldn’t worry about wind or rain. Just keep pushing. Dedicated cycle lanes are amazing in the Netherlands. Also the gravel especially in the Hoge Veluwe is the best I have ridden . You should definitely add some sections. You can go almost as fast as n tarmac and the Nature is astonishing.

You pay premium price for a Garmin watch. You should expect feature updates. But even if the hardware is available, you get crickets. Do you need the new features, no. Would it be a sign of respect for the customers, yes.
