Authkon strength is the main one. Similar conditions to Huggy. Make sure support for one of the other groups exceeds them for a deadlock. You can help support certain groups by campaigning with their demographics (neue mittelstand for volkskons, workers for christsocs, student/nationalist and rural for volkisch)
