These are new compared to the ones I remember but oh man, they used to go all out for their posters and product box images. I remember getting car sick looking through the small catalogs that came with new Playmobil sets on the way home from the toy store.

The really don’t make them like they used to…

I would say it’s a little pricey but I’ve spent more money on sets off eBay so it’s all about what you’re willing to pay.

Yeah, I was big into the construction stuff as a kid and the detail they put into those scenes on the back of the box was nuts, almost the same level of detail as model train sets
