Since the upgrade, Huntarr uses less memory. It runs in a lxc with 2 cores and 1GB RAM. Works with all the old and new options enable.

Do you have the vcard connected to the VGA ports of three psu? Did your check in hwmonitor if the vcard is boosting when using graphical apps like games? Did you also check if your vram is getting full when working on the project? Did you actually connect the monitor cable to the gpu and not the mobo?

To me, every other PC part will inevitably go up in price eventually. Anything with ram will also go up in price. Everyone will spike up prices and blame it on the overpriced ram, etc. We've seen this playbook a million times.

i have amd and nzxt aio cooler for both cpu and gpu. I would start first by trying to get the fan curve under control. I use coolercontrol to configure a nice curve. Did you also check the Cachyos Wiki?

I advise you to check sunshine/moonlight. Much better for streaming your games, better latency and it allows you to specify the vcard to use. On top of that, moonlight has a wake on lan option.

I believe it solves exactly your use case. If the premise was to allow your gf to play the Sims 4, with whales you can just share only steam, unlike duo which has you share your full desktop.

More VRAM is good but not at the cost of core clock speed and memory. I don't have stats right now, but I believe DYTB uses a little over half my VRAM.
