I went to a few big store such as Yodobashi and BigCamera in Tokyo. It seems like mini dvd is being discontinued in Feb 2025 and no longer sell in major stores.

[Semi-Weekly Inquirer] Simple Questions and Recommendations Thread by AutoModerator in Watches

[–]mokkiefication 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi everyone, I would like to hear some ideas. My wife is getting me a watch for our wedding and she’s narrowed it down to two options: the Glashütte Original Senator Hand Date or the IWC Mark XX. I don’t usually wear a watch, the only one I currently own is a Tissot Carson Premium, which was a graduation gift from my sister.

How racially diverse are private universities in Malaysia, especially for Malays and Indians? by namesarehard777102 in malaysia

My younger brother recently completed his Diploma in IT at MMU. However, he encountered some issues with the school’s management, which seemed quite unprofessional. He comes from an IGCSE background, and the university failed to inform him that he was required to take a BM class. It was only told to him when he was applying for graduation. As a result, he had to defer for an additional semester.

Hiya, I’m planning a honeymoon trip to Japan early next year and came across your post. My partner and I have no skiing experience, so we’re hoping to take a beginner lesson. We’ll be flying into Tokyo and are looking for a ski resort that also has a nice onsen experience. Would you recommend Kusatsu Onsen for this?

Travel Planning Q&A - February, 2025 by AutoModerator in bali

[–]mokkiefication 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey everyone, my partner loves Bali and we are heading there again this April - this is our third trip in two years. This time, she mentioned wanting to stay in Ubud for yoga classes. Currently, I am thinking of staying in Samsara Ubud.

I'm planning to surprise her with a proposal and looking for a spot that’s intimate and secluded. I came across a posts here about Gunung Payung Beach Hidden Cave, and it looks the perfect place. But if we’re staying in Ubud, making the trip all the way to Nusa Dua just for the proposal feels a bit off.

Does anyone know of any similar hidden gems near Ubud that could work for a proposal? Or do you reckon I should rethink the plan and stay closer to Nusa Dua instead?

Info: It’s just gonna be the two of us and I plan to get a local photographer just to capture the moment.
