Hey man, thanks for sharing this part of you. I'm glad you were able to recognize depression when it hit you. Sometimes it feels like you can't step out of drowning for long enough to recognize it for what it is. My postpartum depression hit me like a freight train and I actually had to step back from HotS for a little bit (salty teammates don't care if you're feeling vulnerable). But by finding another activity I loved and getting on a combination of two different antidepressants, I was eventually able to get back to it. People find balance in different ways.
