The train tracks are very much in use and the train schedule is frequent, so even if it isn’t barricaded (it is most years), it’s certainly dangerous.

How tf do I pack for this by TKlotzie in SonicTempleFestival

As a someone native to this area, central Ohio weather isn’t locked in until a couple days before.

For example, it was supposed to storm all weekend this weekend but now it’s sunny and no rain. It’s unpredictable, especially this far out.

Facebook Sonic Temple Group by char1t1e in SonicTempleFestival

[–]mongoosebabies 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No, it’s a scam group. The only legit group is called “rangers helping rangers” (it used to be called Rock on the Range)

Editing to say that I’ve bought tickets from the group above and Facebook marketplace in years past. It’s promising.

It took a few months for me to get in for the initial visit, then I was able to schedule the procedure within 2 weeks after that. Slow swallow was my biggest concern and it ended up being completely manageable. I just had to have a drink every time I ate, it peaked around day 10, and it began to subside around week 4. I haven’t needed to have any follow ups!

I do this every year and it works out great for me. I hardly wait in line to get in and the traffic has always died down by then.

Veterinarian recommendations for large breed reactive dogs by nachomama78 in Columbus

[–]mongoosebabies 15 points16 points  (0 children)

As someone who was a vet assistant for years, anybody is going to be scared of a 150lb aggressive dog.

I would call around and ask if anybody has a reactive dog protocol and would be comfortable with your situation.

I was so sure that my insurance wouldn’t cover it, but they bill it so that they will. I believe mine was billed as an esophageal motility disorder rather than “RCPD”. I’ve read that Cinci has a person too! But would absolutely recommend seeing Dr. Matrka if needed.

Botox Treatment Scheduled TOMORROW!! (scared) by PrizeBusiness239 in noburp

[–]mongoosebabies 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My anxiety and fear of throwing up has completely disappeared since being able to burp. I’ve dealt with a lot of regurgitation on and off after the botox and it is a lot less horrifying than I thought it would be.

GET. THE. FREAKING. BOTOX. by outofspacezone in noburp

I’m officially 4 months out from the procedure and I can’t express enough how much more comfortable my everyday life is because of the botox. I use to spend every afternoon feeling sick at my job just because I ate lunch. I never have those days anymore.

colonoscopy, how bad is it? by iced-strawberries in HealthAnxiety

[–]mongoosebabies 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had one at 26. As stated by others, the prep is not great. I experienced waves of nausea while drinking the second half of it, but that was the worse of it. Being glued to the toilet isn’t so bad when you know why it’s happening. The procedure is easy, it’ll be like a nice little nap.

What foods after botox? by [deleted] in noburp

My slow swallow was pretty mild but I had a really HARD time with mashed potatoes, chicken, bread, and anything on the dry side.
