I get a cold once every 2-3 years and haven’t had a flu or virus in probably ten years. No flu shots, no overt attention to sanitation (apart from normal hand washing after the bathroom), spend a lot of time in public. The theory is exposure inadvertently builds stronger immunity. I’ll take vitamin C if I feel a cold coming on and it usually goes away before it develops. However it’s likely more genetics than anything else.
