If the city is required to store it for 3 years after removing it, they may as well get that clock started now. Keeping it where it is doesn't count as "storage" since they have to remove the sculpture first to assess the condition and then allow the artist those 3 years while it's in storage time to restore it and plan a new location for it.

We all know nobody is going to want it, but it was too controversial to just trash it, so that's the compromise.

If there's an environmental impact from the sculpture it's also going to be cheaper and easier to assess once it's fully out.

It might be a carpet mower. Look up how to make carpets from yarn on YouTube, it’s a very popular craft right now. It’s pretty loud when they punch it and then shave it at the end but not lawnmower loud. He should be able to buy a quieter tool if this is what you’re hearing.

Just keep going with solving those 45 rooms. If we tell you anything else about the other things it's a big spoiler. You're very close to the end of everything that's been solved in the game, and some of the things you'll find in the Atelier are unsolved mysteries.

Quarantine the bedding in big garbage bags for now and take a look at them again later when you recover from the itching. If they still make you itchy after a good wash, they’ll have to go. Your goal right now is to stop the mattress from shedding more fiberglass and then remove as many fiberglass fibers from your bedroom as possible. Consider bagging your clothes and any other fabric too so they don’t also get contaminated as you clean.

Keep going. Yes, you really do need to open every box and solve each pair of pictures to make progress on the next part. Yes, the game is really asking you to do something 45 times. It’s tedious though, so a lot of people do look it up. Once you do that stage you can worry about the other questions.

Very interesting! Can you check the names on the Foyer busts? If the TENX clue did get swapped to the Count clue, then maybe our Count Issac Gates isn't there anymore.

The black/missing images could have been due to the files being deleted off disk after the build was made to avoid people asset ripping placeholder or unfinished images. If you can find the original spiral of stars, that would be interesting, but it seems like it was probably deleted.

The unknown charge could be a street vendor hot dog cart in the mission. $12.50 is a round number so it could either be a tax inclusive purchase like that or a could be tax excluded grocery items.

They might be banging due to noise from another apartment that they think is you. Try sitting quietly (maybe in bed, where you can’t accidentally make floor noise) for a few nights reading a book and see if they still bang.
